MSB Group Conglomerate of different activities ventured into share broking in the year 2003.

To begin with, the Group formed M/s MSB Securities (P) Ltd. And obtained membership of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and started broking in Capital & Derivative segments in early 2004.

Then its off-shoot M/s MSB Commodities (P) Ltd. provided trading platform to its clients for trading in commodity markets through NCDEX & MCX. Afterwards another Company called MSB Stock Brokers (P) Ltd. was formed to bid for the membership of Bombay Stock Exchange which was awarded to the Company for facilitating the trading through BSE.
